Terms of Service
Last updated 20 August 2026
These terms are a contract between you and Bin Haider Darwish L.L.C. (trading as BHD Group), Commercial Registration 1334733, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. In this document "we", "us" and "Dardasha" mean that company, and "you" means the person or business holding a Dardasha account.
1.What Dardasha is
Dardasha is a subscription service that connects the WhatsApp numbers your business already owns to a shared inbox, bulk campaigns, automated replies and team accounts. We are not WhatsApp and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
2.Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract on behalf of the business you register.
- The details you give at sign-up must be accurate, including the WhatsApp number, because that number receives your login codes and account notices.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account, and for keeping your password and login codes to yourself.
- Tell us at support@dardasha.om as soon as you believe someone else has reached your account.
3.Trial, subscription and payment
Every new account starts on a 10-day free trial with no card required. After the trial you must choose a paid plan to keep using the service.
| Plan | Price | Term |
|---|---|---|
| Trial | Free | 10 days |
| Premium | OMR 4.900 | 12 months |
| Platinum | OMR 14.900 | 12 months |
- Prices are in Omani Rial and are shown on the pricing section of our home page. If a price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal, not mid-term.
- Payments are taken by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Subscriptions are paid in advance for the term. Fees already paid are not refundable except where Omani law requires a refund, or where we have failed to provide the service and cannot put it right.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend the account until the balance is settled.
4.How you may use the service
You must have a lawful basis for every message you send through Dardasha. You agree not to use the service to:
- message people who have not agreed to hear from you, or who have asked you to stop;
- send unlawful, deceptive, threatening, obscene or infringing content;
- impersonate another person or business;
- breach WhatsApp's own terms, or any law of the Sultanate of Oman or of the country your recipients are in;
- resell, sublicense or expose the service to third parties as your own product, unless we have agreed that in writing.
WhatsApp enforces its own limits and may restrict or ban a number that is reported as spam. We apply pacing and safety measures to reduce that risk, but we cannot prevent it, and a restriction imposed by WhatsApp on your number is not a failure of our service.
5.Your data and your contacts' data
Your messages, contacts and campaign records stay yours. We process them to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where you upload contact lists, you confirm you collected those contacts lawfully and may message them.
6.Availability
We work to keep Dardasha available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream WhatsApp changes, network faults and events outside our control can interrupt it. We do not offer a contractual uptime credit on the plans listed above.
7.Suspension and termination
- You may stop using Dardasha at any time and may ask us to close your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or whose payment is overdue. Where the breach can be put right we will normally tell you first.
- On closure we delete or anonymise your data as set out in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you need before you ask us to close the account.
8.Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Omani law. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profit, lost business, lost data or indirect loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Dardasha after that date means you accept the updated terms.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Muscat have jurisdiction over any dispute.
