How Dardasha lowers the risk of a WhatsApp ban

No tool can promise that WhatsApp will never restrict a number, and anyone who promises it is guessing. What a tool can do is stop the sending patterns that get numbers restricted. These are the limits every message on a Dardasha line passes through, with the real numbers from our code.

Pacing by message type

A person does not send forty messages in a minute, so Dardasha does not either. Login codes go out after 5 to 10 seconds, order and payment updates after 15 to 30 seconds, and campaign messages after 60 to 120 seconds each. A campaign to 100 people therefore takes about 100 to 200 minutes. That is slow on purpose.

Hard ceilings per line

Whatever the type, a line sends at most 6 messages a minute, 100 an hour and 700 a day. Inside the day there are separate budgets: up to 200 login codes, 500 order and payment updates, and 200 campaign messages. A campaign can use up its own budget without eating the budget your order confirmations need.

No chasing people who never answer

If a phone number has never sent a single message in, a line sends it at most two messages, or three if they are login codes, in a rolling 14-day window. The next one is held. The hold lifts as soon as that person writes. Groups are not affected. A string of unanswered messages to one stranger is exactly what a spam report looks like, and it is how one of our own lines was once restricted.

Queued, not thrown away

Messages pass through a durable queue. When a line reaches a limit, the message waits for its turn instead of failing. If the phone behind a line goes offline, messages wait for up to six hours for it to come back. You see a delay, not a lost order confirmation.

What no pacing can fix

The biggest signal WhatsApp uses is how recipients react. If people block or report your number, pacing will not save it. A bought or scraped list will get a number restricted however slowly you send. Dardasha is also not the official WhatsApp Business API. If cold outreach to a large list is your core use, choose an official provider with approved templates instead of us.

Frequently asked questions

Can Dardasha guarantee my number will not be banned?

No. WhatsApp decides that, mostly from how recipients react. Dardasha removes the sending patterns that trigger restrictions, but a list of people who never asked to hear from you will still get a number restricted.

Why is my campaign slower than I expected?

Each campaign message waits 60 to 120 seconds, and a line sends at most 200 campaign messages a day. A 200-person campaign takes roughly 3 to 7 hours. Split larger sends across days or across numbers you own.

Can I switch the limits off?

No. They apply to every line on every plan. They exist because the lines they protect are our customers' real business numbers.
