What the inbox does

Dardasha's Chat module puts every conversation on that number into one browser window. Any team member you invite signs in with their own account and sees the same threads, in real time over a websocket, without anyone passing a phone around.

Assignment and ownership

Conversations can be assigned so two people do not answer the same customer twice. Contacts carry tags, so you can separate a supplier thread from a retail enquiry without reading either of them.

The history stays with the business

Because messages are stored server-side against your workspace, the archive belongs to the company rather than to whichever handset happened to be linked. A staff member leaving does not take the customer record with them.
