Lists and personalisation

Build a campaign against a contact list held in the Contacts module, or against a tag. Message bodies can carry per-contact fields so a hundred recipients do not receive a hundred byte-identical messages.

Paced delivery, on purpose

Outbound is rate-limited and jittered rather than fired in a burst. Bulk traffic is treated as lower priority than a live conversation, so a broadcast in progress does not delay a customer who is talking to you right now.

Delivery status you can read

Each recipient carries its own state, so a campaign report tells you what actually left and what did not, instead of one aggregate number.
